Ogilvy NY: TimeWarner Cable — Delivered several services over 12 months of campaign development: TWC executive & internal interviews; consulting on business & communication strategy; designed & facilitated single-day creative worksession with top TWC clients and agency creatives, AE’s, planners; focus groups for campaign story boards; designed & facilitated marketing department Open Space mini-conference.

Miami Ad School SF — Performed a 10-week course in improvisational creative writing & story structure with copywriting students. Course was based on my popular writing workshop "Adventures in Micro-Fiction". Also teach Intro to Strategy (ongoing), and Creative Process (Account Planning Boot Camp)

The Martin Agency: Focus Group Moderator Training — Designed & delivered a dynamic two-day off-site training in group management & moderating skills, including live practice groups, for 5 agency account planners.

Ogilvy NY: Miller Genuine Draft — Following innovative research into the sensory experience of beer, replaced traditional report & brief with an experiential workshop. Resulted in more engaged creative teams, faster to ideas & executions, and better collaboration through production of finished television ads.

Grey Worldwide SF — Designed & facilitated a client-agency performance review, then coached the team to design their alliance more consciously. Converted "growing pains" into goodwill, better strategic direction, and improved relationship.
